DCMI WAS A CONSTRUCTION MANAGER FOR THE PINOLE POINT BUSINESS PARK, A 130-ACRE BUSINESS PARK IN RICHMOND, CA. DCMI WORK INCLUDED DESIGN AND ENTITLEMENT OVERSIGHT AND ADMINISTRATION, AS WELL AS SITE AND INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS. THIS PROJECT INVOLVED COMPREHENSIVE ENVIRONMENTAL AND WETLAND SOLUTIONS. THIS PROJECT ALSO REQUIRED AN EXTENSION OF ATLAS ROAD WEST INCLUDING INFRASTRUCTURE.

GIANT ROAD/PHASE II GRADING: THIS PROJECT INCLUDED THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF 2,350 LINEAL FEET OF PUBLIC ROADWAY AND INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE CITY OF RICHMOND'S PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.

PARALLEL FORCE MAIN: THIS PROJECT CONSISTED OF 5,000 LINEAL FEET OF 24" SANITARY SEWER FORCE MAIN EXTENSION FOR WEST COUNTY WASTE WATER DISTRICT. THIS COMPLEX PROJECT INVOLVED INSTALLING PIPELINE UNDER TRAFFIC CONDITIONS AND BORING AND JACKING UNDER EXISTING RAILROADS. DCMI WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION, ENTITLEMENTS, AND EASEMENTS. ESTIMATED PROJECT COST WAS 1.5 MILLION.

LOT 3: DCMI MANAGED THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THIS 131,437 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING AT PINOLE POINT BUSINESS PARK. PROJECT COST WAS 7 MILLION.

GATEWAY: DCMI CONSTRUCTED THIS ENTRANCE FEATURE TO PINOLE POINT BUSINESS PARK. THIS PROJECT CONSISTED OF CURVED ARCHITECTURAL CONCRETE FOUNTAIN WALLS. PROJECT COST WAS $700,000.

MTESC FACILITY, RICHMOND, CA: DCMI COMPLETED A 200,000 SF 10 MILLION DOLLAR POSTAL EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE FACILITY IN THE PINOLE POINT BUSINESS PARK. DCMI MANAGED DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION, INCLUDING EXTENSIVE TENANT IMPROVEMENTS.

WAREHOUSE AND DISTRIBUTION BUILDING: DCMI COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION ON A 144,000 SF, 7 MILLION DOLLAR WAREHOUSE BUILDING IN PINOLE POINT BUSINESS PARK. TENANTS INCLUDE INTERNATIONAL DELICACIES, INC. AND TWIN HILL GOLF COMPANY. DCMI MANAGED DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND TENANT COORDINATION.

PAQFAST: THIS TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT CONSISTED OF 90,000 SF OF WAREHOUSE AREA WITH 3,675 SF OF OFFICE SPACE. PAQFAST IS THE THIRD AND FINAL TENANT IN THIS 144,000 SF BUILDING AT THE PINOLE POINT BUSINESS PARK. PROJECT COST WAS UNDER BUDGET AT $482,715.

CASTLEWOOD: THIS PROJECT CONSISTED OF SEISMIC RETROFIT AND STRUCTURAL UPGRADES, INCLUDING NEW TILE ROOFS, FOR SEVEN EXISTING BUILDINGS IN THIS BUSINESS PARK. PROJECT COST WAS $450,000.

PEDESTRIAN SKYBRIDGE: DCMI CONSTRUCTED THIS TWO-LEVEL SKYBRIDGE CONNECTING THE SECOND AND THIRD FLOORS OF THE 1200 PACIFIC AVENUE BUILDING WITH THE CITY OF SANTA CRUZ FRONT STREET PARKING GARAGE. PROJECT COST WAS $241,755.

1951 FAIRWAY, SAN LEANDRO, CA: DCMI MANAGED THE RENOVATION ON THIS 300,000 SF INDUSTRIAL BUILDING. THIS 3 MILLION DOLLAR PROJECT INCLUDED STRUCTURE UPGRADES, SITE WORK AND TENANT IMPROVEMENTS.

WALGREEN'S DRUG STORES, SANTA CRUZ AND BAKERSFIELD, CA: PROPERTIES WERE ACQUIRED BY OUR CLIENT PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION IN ORDER TO COMPLETE A TIME SENSITIVE TAX EXCHANGE. WE COMPLETED AN EXTENSIVE RESEARCH OF THE PROPERTY, CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS AND ENTITLEMENTS PRIOR TO PURCHASE AS WELL AS MANAGED CONSTRUCTION FOR OUR CLIENT.

1200 PACIFIC, SANTA CRUZ: DCMI WAS THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER FOR THIS 10 MILLION DOLLAR, 5-STORY STEEL FRAME MULTI-USE BUILDING IN DOWNTOWN SANTA CRUZ. DCMI SERVICES INCLUDE DESIGN ADVISORY, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND TENANT IMPROVEMENTS.

HERNDON OFFICE BUILDING FRESNO, CA: DCMI COMPLETED 50,000 SF OF TENANT IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES. DCMI MANAGED THIS PROJECT THROUGH LEASE NEGOTIATION, DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION AND OCCUPANCY FOR REDTREE PROPERTIES, L.P. PROJECT COST WAS 4.6 MILLION DOLLARS.

VALDRY COURT BUSINESS PARK: DCMI WAS THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER FOR THE VALDRY COURT BUSINESS PARK IN BRENTWOOD, CALIFORNIA. THIS PROJECT WAS A HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) RUN PROJECT. MILPITAS HOUSE REMODEL: DCMI RECENTLY COMPLETED THE REMODEL OF THIS 2,000 SQ. FT. RESIDENCE LOCATED IN MILPITAS, CALIFORNIA. COST AT COMPLETION WAS $132,000.00.
